Bad Day!

I went out with my friends yesterday. Very long never see them already. I was late because of tuition. Anyway I brought them to the place where I had lunch with Dewei the other time, Mad Jack, because I like the food there. I m glad they like it too!

After that we went to Alps opposite Parklane to chill and mini ktv. My friend Marlene say when she hear me sing she will like me, but see my face then "not her type"! Faint! After that we cabbed home.

Today was a very bad day because something bad happened last night. I dont wish to blog about it here, but it affected my mood alot. Brought my parents to Liu San Ge for dinner tonight. It was their first time there and I m glad they liked the food.

Also want to thank Liu Laoban for the treat and thank him for also talking to my parents. He is like my god-dad now. Lol! Anyway, the whole dinner session was quite serious, till i forgot to take photo of it. Haiz. And i was so vexed that I forgot to bring the mug down to give Liu Laoban. I m sorry! Will bring it down for you next time!

After dinner we went home and I went to meet the EME members at Yew Tee Point. Halfway through the meeting we saw this cat scrambling for scraps at Macdonalds and we all felt pity for it. So Mandy and I went to buy food for it. We went to the first 7-11 but they do not have it. So we went to the next one, they dont have it either. In the end we walked to the nearby petrol station to buy the cat food for the cat. It ate very fast, i think it is very hungry. (",)

To everybody: I m feeling much better now after talking to my parents and boss. I hope things will get better soon. Thank you everyone for the concern towards me. I really appreciate it! See you all on Saturday!

艺点心思 - 纵贯线

今天看了8频道的艺点心思, 听了四位资深歌手(纵贯线)的访谈, 心中觉得很欣慰. 因为他们提醒了我, 唤醒了我的思想, 我作音乐的最终目的. 谢谢你们! 谢谢你们帮我解开心中的疑惑.

两位资深主持人问了纵贯线很多问题, 其中一道问题是"现代年轻人对音乐的看法", 而我也认同他们的说法. 其实我作音乐三年多了, 但有一段时间却荒废了, 可是现在的我很珍惜所有的一切. 我也希望那些我认识的朋友们, 也能真心去作音乐, 而不是为了名利才唱. 纵贯线的成员说得对, 很多人参加比赛只是为了想出名, 为了想出唱片. 但一旦没唱片发的时候, 这些人就会放弃音乐或离开娱乐圈.

回想自己走过的这几年, 其实都没有白费, 因为这让我变得坚强多了. 娱乐圈是复杂的, 因为它包括了工作, 家人, 歌迷, 媒体, 朋友, 人言可畏等等的因素. 如果要生存就要不断努力, 不断学习新的音乐, 接受娱乐圈的转变, 接受歌迷和朋友的点点滴滴错与对.

希望喜欢音乐的朋友们, 看了这一篇日记后, 一定要尊重音乐和接受这一切的不完美. 如果你像我一样, 被有些事情或事物困扰的话, 就拿一些假期, 让自己的心情放松. 相信一切会慢慢变得完美的. 相信自己, 相信未来!

Today nothing much to do at home, as I request to take a day-off to relax myself at home. Lol! Later might be meeting up with some of my old friends for dinner. Long time didnt see them already.


Anyway, have you heard of Youth Box before? They are a group of talented teenages who sing and perform in the public, and also promote local chinese music as well. Youth Box is set up by a very young guy called Joseph, who is currently a student. I really admire his passion towards music and establish a platform for the youngster to perform.

I have created a banner and link at the side of my blog, so at any time, you can also visit their website to find out more about their upcoming event and their inhouse artistes. Oh ya! I joined Youth Box as their online member, and also as one of their inhouse artistes. I hope that my current profile and experience can help Joseph in securing more shows and events for the group of youngsters under them.
