Home Alone

Today I felt a little lazy and so I allowed myself to sleep in a little later than usual. Woke up at around 2pm and had “breakfast”, cornflakes with milk by Tim. Lol. Then I lazed around before practicing my singing and keyboard. I really hope to improve on my singing and reach the standard of Lee Hom one day. It seems very far fetched now, but I will continue trying and continue working hard!



Very sad my HPM-82 earpiece spoilt today. No money replace one now. So have to wait….. Sad! Saw this HGE-100 earpiece online but don’t know good or not. Lol. Think quite expensive also.







I had Maggie Mee for dinner again today. But this time I 加料 abit. Added toufu and a can of peanuts. Is it healthier that way? I don’t know. Anyway I want to introduce this drink to all of you! It is something I like since JC days. Fruit juice with Yakult! Very nice. (“,) All of you go try!






Just back from tuition! My student learns quite fast. Now a little tired now! Mum and Sister back from Hong Kong trip. Seem like they both enjoy themselves there. Well, no more HOME ALONE as everybody is back home now.

农业部驳斥猪流感疫情来自福建传言. 日前，有境外媒体称墨西哥猪流感疫情可能来自福建. 农业部、卫生部核查证实未监测到此次北美地区感染人的猪流感变异病毒.

全球已有10国报告猪流感确诊病例. 截至29日，全球已有10个国家报告了人感染猪流感的确诊病例，其中仍以墨西哥和美国最为严重.

什么是猪流感？

猪流感病毒（Swine influenza virus，SIV）是猪群中一种可引起地方性流行性感冒的正黏液病毒(Orthomyxoviruses). 现在在墨西哥爆发的流感被称为猪流感是因为患者体内检测出H1N1亚型猪流感病毒毒株，但这种新型流感病毒具有病毒杂交特性.

传播方式：主要是以感染者的咳嗽和喷嚏为媒介，在人群密集的环境中更易发生感染，而越来越多证据显示，微量病毒可留存在桌面、电话机或其它平面上，再透过手指与眼、鼻、口的接触来传播.

预防：保持手部清洁；避免手部接触眼睛、鼻及口； 打喷嚏或咳嗽时应遮掩口鼻；若出现流感征状，切勿上班或上学；如外游途中或回程后出现发烧或类似流感的征状，要马上就医，告知医生有关外游记录.

吃猪肉会感染吗？H1N1只要不出现变异，加热至71℃就能被杀死.

易感人群：多为青壮年，年龄集中在25岁至45岁.
