I'm proud to announce that I have officially started my workout regime with Urban Fitness Lab! I'm currently working out using the Power Plate, which enhances the workout performance by the use of vibrations.
This is the Power Plate machine that I'm using now.
A usual workout regime lasts about an hour. Your personal trainer will customize your workout according to your ability and body needs. My trainer is Tanuja, a very friendly lady!
Before I start every exercise, Tanuja will demonstrate the right way to do it! This is the "Push Up" exercise routine.
After which is my turn! She will guide me through the proper steps.
This is the first time I'm exercising using the Power Plate machine and I can say it is really different as compared to the usual gym that I go to. Moreover working out using the Power Plate also increases the effectiveness of the workout.
